Shipping policy

Order Processing All products listed are currently in stock. We process and package orders within 2–4 business days of purchase. Please note that processing times may extend during peak periods or due to unforeseen operational delays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation. Subsequent notifications will be sent once the inventory has been dispatched and successfully delivered.

Shipping Liability & Terms MAD Athletics utilises tracked shipping services to ensure the transparency of the journey.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Transfer of Risk: Our liability for the delivery concludes once the carrier provides Proof of Delivery (e.g., GPS tracking confirmation, delivery photo, or signature) to the address provided at checkout.

  • Stolen/Misplaced Packages: MAD Athletics is not liable for packages that are stolen or misplaced after a successful delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking closely to ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  • Non-Refundable: Confirmed delivered packages that are subsequently lost or stolen are non-refundable.

Exclusions Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical residential or business address is required for all orders to ensure successful delivery.
